Return & Refund Policy

At SmartronCart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.


Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the product

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification


Refunds

Once your return is approved and the product is received:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to your original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items on clearance or sale

  • Gift cards

  • Products marked as “non-returnable”


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong product), we will cover the shipping cost

  • Otherwise, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer
