Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear photos or videos of the product

We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification
Refunds
Once your return is approved and the product is received:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to your original payment method

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items on clearance or sale

Gift cards

Products marked as “non-returnable”
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong product), we will cover the shipping cost

Otherwise, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer
